BCS Associates

BCS Associates is a dynamic and forward thinking training and consultancy firm that offers a tailor-made service to the aviation and manufacturing sectors throughout the UK.
Established in 2010 by three partners who collectively possess more than 90 years’ experience within the aerospace, engineering and further education sectors, the company has quickly established a reputation for providing a bespoke service to public and private bodies, as well as individuals.
Based at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, it is BCS Associates’ aim to provide first class training and development programmes both at regional centres and within clients’ premises. Working as partners with the Scottish Quality Management Centre (SQMC), the company offers training services and consultancy in the key areas of Aviation, Quality and Organisational Development. 
BCS has also established productive working relationships with a number of training providers within the sector and Further Education colleges. The partners have a recognised and proven track record in supporting and developing employer/college partnerships, as well as providing support to colleges and their staff in their own endeavours for continuous improvement within the Further Education sector.
BCS Associates are in the unique position to tailor programmes and courses to meet the specific needs of your staff, business and industry.
