BCS Training & Consultancy

How BCS started

BCS Associates was launched in 2010 by three directors with a wealth of experience who wanted to provide bespoke training services direct to the aviation and manufacturing sectors.
Following successful careers within the aerospace, engineering and further education sectors within the UK and overseas, Sam Bain, John Campbell and Joe Spencer launched BCS Associates with the primary goal of assisting individuals and corporate bodies to achieve cost effective training and development, and at the same time promoting and supporting continuous improvement.
Shortly after launching, BCS Associates secured an on-going contract with a major worldwide aviation firm, providing training and consultancy at its Scottish regional office in Motherwell. Further major contracts followed, making it necessary for BCS Associates to expand into larger premises on the same site within its first year in operation.
The company is now looking ahead to developing links with the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), progressing apprentice training and online distance learning.
