    Joe Spencer
    Director

     

    Throughout a buoyant career, Joe Spencer has gained an enviable reputation through his experience in the further education, engineering and manufacturing sectors. He has successfully promoted the integration of education & training with business excellence within the posts held in education from lecturer to assistant principal, as well as promoting business ethos and quality enhancement through a wide range of commercial and quality initiatives. As well as acting as a Director of BCS Associates, Joe is currently working with the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) as a Project Manager, developing a new range of qualifications that are aimed at promoting a balance of knowledge and competence based development programmes to support the government skills agenda.

    Sam Bain
    Director
    For more than 35 years, Sam Bain has worked within the engineering and training sectors, laterally at senior management level when he was responsible for the technical training for in excess of 1200 employees. An experienced engineer, Sam made the transition to the Training and Development function, gaining extensive knowledge in the design, development, delivery and implementation of training courses and initiatives. Under the BCS Associates umbrella Sam has key responsibility as a Lead Auditor, Assessor and Verifier. He is presently involved in integrating a Safety Management System into a leading aerospace company in a bid to support the client’s needs.

    John Campbell
    Director

     

    John Campbell’s career has been immersed within the Aviation, engineering, training and development sectors. With almost 40 years’ experience, during which he has facilitated training and development overseas, he has worked extensively at senior management level where responsibilities included both internal and customer training, development, recruitment and funding. Within BCS Associates John has key responsibility as an Internal Auditor, Assessor and Verifier, and undertakes all Aviation regulatory and human factors, training and consultancy work.

    Shauna Dalziel
    Business Manager

     

    Shauna Dalziel has extensive administrative experience within the further education and aviation fields. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of internal audits (CAA/FAA) and quality systems, ISO 9001, Investors In People and Skills Awareness Programme, as well as the design, preparation and issue of training course material to Civil Aviation Standards EASA Part 145, EASA Part 21 and Human Factors. Shauna is proficient in all HR related matters from recruitment and employee records to salaries, accident investigation and Health and Safety.
