ISO 9001 Practical Course

ISO9001 QMS

Getting Started

Join us for a practical interactive course that will help you:

  • Increase your awareness of the ISO9001 requirements
  • Produce an online QMS

4 Easy steps that include:

  • Consultancy support, developing a customised template/framework
  • Training to apply process-based approach in developing your own QMS
  • Practical workshops with fully qualified trainers

The simple approach to implementation

Step 1.  Complete enrolment pro-forma  (returned to BCS by 12th December 2012)

BCS will develop a framework for your customised online QMS, with the information provided.

This will be populated into e-format and issued in Workshop 1 (step 2)

Step 2.   Attend Practical Workshop 1 (0930-1230 Monday 17th December 2012)

During this workshop you (and your colleagues) will complete the required information for your business and populate it into the framework provided, supported by a BCS trainer.

BCS will then upgrade your customised online QMS with the required data and add the mandatory sections, and populate it into your e-copy.

You will then be provided with a draft QMS for Workshop 2 (Step 3)

Step 3.  Attend Practical Workshop 2 (0930-1230 Monday 14th January 2013)

During this workshop you (and your colleagues) will conduct a critical review of your customised online QMS with support from BCS trainer.

We will also discuss the process for ISO 9001 accreditation: How to Implement your new QMS: How to get best value.

Step 4.   Launch and implement your new Quality Management System in 2013
